A/PIA Students in Business (ASIB)

A/PIA Identity in the Professional World

ASIB was created for the expressed purpose of bringing issues faced by Asian/Pacific Islander Americans in business to light while guiding members to find personal and academic success in the business world through professional resources and strong community support. ASIB will provide professional resources in the forms of workshops, panels, and dialogues to develop and achieve students' academic and career interests. Through culture-based and social events, ASIB will foster community among members and spread awareness throughout campus.

Regardless of career path, identity plays a huge role in day-to-day interactions and the work environment in professional settings. In this workshop, students will learn how to leverage their identities for better business and organizational solutions and navigate the challenges they may face in the workplace.
